Lake Tahoe Music Camp Scholarship

Maytan Music Center is pleased to announce that we will be awarding two $250.00 scholarships for the 2010 Lake Tahoe Music Camp. Scholarships will cover half of the camp fee, and will be available for students in middle school through high school. The deadline to apply is May 15, 2010. Scholarship awards will be announced June 12, 2010. The award decisions made by Maytan Music Center will be final.

To apply for a 2010 Lake Tahoe Music Camp Scholarship from Maytan Music Center, you must:

1. Submit a complete application packet to Maytan Music Center by May 15, 2010.

Application packets must include:

a. Completed application form (Click HERE for a direct link to the form.)

b. One-page essay about the value of music in your life, important musical experiences, and the reaseons you wish to expand your music education.

c. Letter of recommendation from your school music teacher and/or private instructor.

2. Mail application packets to:

3. Prepare and perform a short solo audition at Maytan Music Center the first week of June.
